Expression and politeness are important for communication

Everyday in human life, communication is important. In other words, communication is an important part that cannot be separated from human life as a social being. Etymologically, the word communication comes from the Latin "communicate" which means "to convey".

Every country has one language to communicate with. Both the language used abroad and domestically. Communicating will not be able to convey the purpose and purpose if the speaker cannot communicate properly. In my opinion, there are two things that need to be considered in communicating, namely, expression and politeness.

Expression

Expressions serve to avoid misunderstandings. When a person cannot understand verbal communication, non-verbal communication such as expressions can provide communication that is easier to understand, so as to minimize misunderstandings.

Politeness

The way of communicating / conveying information clearly to those intended. Polite communication is a universally accepted ethic. The benefit is the way of communication that we convey politely, can make the recipient / listener feel comfortable and can be responded well too. Avoid misunderstanding in meaning.

It can be concluded that communication needs to pay attention to 2 things, namely, expression and politeness. Both are the most important things that must be considered in order to communicate so that there is no misunderstanding of meaning, purpose, or deed.
