One should teach, guide and mentor their students the way they would teach their kids. A good teacher is someone who becomes a student with a student. In my opinion, professional teacher is teacher who has good in teaching skill, characteristic, mentoring, and public speaking. Professional teacher not only about good in all student's criteria. But, they should be success to control the lerning process in the class so that will make students understand about what they learn by their opinion. Become professional teacher, it's not easy. We should have some ways or steps to get our aim. There are some of professional educator definitions: •Professional educators are value-driven, guided by principles, passion, and a purpose bigger than themselves. •Professional educators are need analysts – competent to diagnose and prescribe options for educational success and significance. •Professional educators believe their work is a vocation and calling rather than an occupation where one merely occupies space. •Professional educators recognize that change is the norm.
